The Day my Cousin got kidnapped

All right. Here's a real life incident that happened to my family over last week.
I was supposed to meet daddy in Orchard on Wednesday at 4pm
"Daddy" had this crazy urge to get himself a Prada sneakers..-_-"
So poor me had to rush down after my 4 day spring cleaning of my room
Since i was already expecting to be late, i can imagine daddy screaming at me
Just when i wanted to step out of hse.. the call came
My mum's voice began to sound shaky as she talked loudly on the phone
Mummy : Your uncle got kidnapped. Aunt is real worried!
Me : What?!! Really? How to get kidnapped in Spore in broad daylight? U sure a not?
Mummy : Really!! They demand a ransome of 30k! I better call daddy and ask what to do.
(Mummy was getting real hysterical by then)
There i was, thinking " Crazy people! Sure kana caught by police in a couple of hrs. Spore govt where got so easy let u ppl kidnap its citizens?!"
Guility to say, i was not really worried.
Come on! U think Spore is like some other country ah? The govt here are so intolerant of such acts la.
I was thinking of how long they wil take to clamp down these cases.
The phone rang again.
Mummy (getting more worried) : How??How?? Cannot contact any of your aunties! What should we do?
Me : ....
An hr later ........
Mummy : Got it all wrong! Your uncle never get kidnapped...
The truth is "
It is his son (my cousin) that got "kidnapped".
My aunt received a call from someone claiming that her son is in their hands.
The kidanppers even play the voice of my male cousin crying for help la!
Aunt immediately burst into tears.
While, uncle immediately tried dialling his supposedly kidnapped son.
But, cant reach him.
Thus, Uncle, fearing for the safety of his son transfer the 30k via internet banking
At 5 plus.. the son came home safely and it turned out that he was not even kidnapped!
U can imagine how heart-broken one must have felt for the 30 k. Ouch.
Cousin just recently got a 90k car before the supposedly kidnap la.
My heart almost sank.
Right now, the case's been handled by the CID.
Apparently, the kidnappers asked the ransom to be transfered to some POSB acct.
Stupid right? Where got kidnappers so dumb these days?
POSB acct so easy to check for identity la.
The CID has detained the holder of the POSB acct.
Some China man. Hate this kinda of cheats.
Daddy said that over last year, there had been 300 plus such cases
Mainly some Smarty pants from China whom targets Singaporeans
Idiot la. I dun hate the ctry. But i hate those cheaters.
Con all money and stuffs.
They are getting real bold la.
